We are so excited to announce Tryouts for 2024 Middle Country Competition Cheer!

In 2023, the Middle Country Game Day Competition team made history being the first youth cheer team in Middle Country to ever compete in a local competition, earning a 3rd place medal at the Sachem North competition.

As part of our goal to grow the cheer program, in addition to a Game Day team, we are looking to add a Traditional Competition team for 7/8 year olds for the 2024 season!!

Game Day - child must be 7-12 years old & entering 2nd-6th grades as of 2024/2025 school year

Traditional - child must be 7/8 years old & entering 2nd/3rd grade as of 2024/2025 school year

TRYOUTS
March 21st 6-8pm @ Newfield High School
March 22nd 6-8pm @ Newfield High School

OPTIONAL PRACTICES
March 7th 6:30-8pm @ Newfield High School
March 14th 6:30-8pm @ Newfield High School

We will be holding practices for any cheerleader who wants to work on their skills and plans on trying out for a competition team.

SUNDAY SPINS
Spins Gymnastics Center in Port Jeff (North Bicycle Path) hosts Tumbling classes for Middle Country every Sunday 11:15am-12:45pm.
Link is below, $25 one-time registration fee is required and $30 per class. We have 50 open spots each Sunday.

Tryout practices and Sunday Spins are OPTIONAL but recommended.

Both Tryouts and Practices will be DROP OFF only. Parents can stay and watch at Spins.

**IF YOUR GIRL MAKES THE TEAM**:

You will be notified via email & required to pay the additional $300 to register for competition (Venmo or Cash). The uniform IS INCLUDED. You must provide a CLEAN pair of white cheer shoes and socks for each competition.
